Shipping policy

SHIPPING DATE

Orders are shipped the same day they're built and arrive approximately 1-10 days after shipment within Canada and the United States. A guaranteed shipment date will be provided at the time of deposit. Customers are encouraged to inquire about the next available shipping date prior to placing an order, as deposits are non-refundable and are used to secure production, scheduling, resourcing, and coordination with other customers. 

CANCELLATION

If after placing a deposit you'd like to cancel your order, the $500 deposit can be applied to a future order or transferred as a credit to a friend or family member. AlumiTubs require a minimum of 1 month notice prior to the scheduled shipment date to make order and delivery changes. 

PAYMENT

A payment link for the remaining order balance is due 1 month before the scheduled shipment date.
