CANADIAN ORDERS
Orders in Canada receive free shipping + $1000 off of any hot tub from the AlumiTub range; including the Wood Fired, Hybrid or Electric. Discount is applied to the invoice provided after a deposit is placed, which will reflect $1000 off the listed price (see prices below).
Orders in Canada also receive a free $1500 accessory bundle. On the Wood Fired and Hybrid tubs this includes a cedar lid, firebox plate, drink tray, drain kit, and stainless steel bottom band, and on the Electric this includes the electric cedar lid, drain kit, stainless steel bottom band and wifi enablement.
US ORDERS
Orders to the US pay no added taxes or tariffs. With inclusive pricing, customers can rest assured there will be no extra costs. US customers benefit by approximately 30% in savings with the USD/CAD exchange rate and are exempt from state and local taxes.
AlumiTubs covers most of the cost to ship throughout the US, with a $750 flat rate payable in the checkout at the time of deposit. When your order is place we'll send an invoice for the remaining balance payable when your tub ships + any accessories you’d like to add.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders to Australia, the UK, and most of Europe fall under free trade agreements with Canada and are not subject to customs duties. International shipping is approximately $1000 CAD. Contact hi@alumitubs.com with your address for an accurate quote.

*We'll add accessories to your final invoice for you, so you only need to checkout with the $500 deposit to reserve our next available production date.
ORDER PROCESS
To secure our next available production date, reserve your AlumiTub with a $500 deposit on the page for the hot tub you'd like to order. Note that we can make adjustments to your order up until 30 days before it's scheduled to ship. You'll be assigned a guaranteed shipment date at the time of purchase and given an invoice with any accessories you'd like to add. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your tub ships.
We build each AlumiTub to order from our Gibsons and Sechelt shops on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia. While we're usually booking up to 6 months in advance, we're frequently adding more tubs to our weekly batches, providing customers with opportunities to receive their AlumiTub on an ideal date. For questions related to AlumiTubs' production schedule, email hi@alumitubs.com and we'll work with you to find a shipping date that works for your needs.
Note that new AlumiTub builds are secured in the order in which each order is received. You can place your deposit for our next available shipping date at any time and we'll respond quickly to any questions you might have about shipping location, size, heat type, filtration, winter use, and any unique property needs you might have. By placing a deposit early, it provides ample time for customers to work with us on custom solutions without facing delays to their shipment.
The AlumiTub will ship to your nearest shipping depot where it can be picked up with a standard size truck or trailer. If you'd like it delivered directly to your property, email hi@alumitubs.com for a quote. Additional shipping costs will apply for curbside delivery, ranging in price from $200-1000 depending on access. The AlumiTub is lightweight and portable and do not require the use of a crane or any special equipment to receive or roll into place. On average, the AlumiTub is 220lbs.
