Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days for new, defective, and damaged products. Before receiving your tub from a shipping depot, port, or curbside delivery, the customer is responsible for inspecting it for shipping related damages. If the tub has been damaged in shipment, the customer must refuse the delivery and it will be replaced free of charge. Email alumitubs@gmail.com and document the condition of the palletized tub with photos. We'll work with the shipping provider to ensure it's returned to us and a new one is sent to you without delay or cost. Customized tubs are not eligible for refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on new, unpackaged, undamaged tubs. 

AlumiTubs provides lifetime support and a 25 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The AlumiTub manual details important care and safety instructions and is provided to all customers prior to delivery. 

Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are used to secure production, scheduling, and hold freight pricing. Deposits can be applied to a future order or transferred to a friend or family member.
