Camp Moose Trail, Golden BC

Nestled in the woods where there's more trees than people and more stars than cars, Camp Moose Trail offers a glamping experience like no other. Hosting campers of all levels, from seasoned backcountry enthusiasts to those who have never experienced a night in the woods, families, friends and everyone between are welcome to immerse in nature at this unique campground. Between skiing, sledding, hiking, biking, and paddle boarding is our wood fired hot tub or sauna cabin to warm up in. Follow the soak by dinner from the wood fired pizza oven and roasted marshmallow desert on the fire.

We just finished winter camping at Camp Moose Trail on the December opening weekend. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone that wants an amazing getaway. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and so outgoing and friendly. They serve breakfast and coffee every morning and are super accommodating with anything you need during your stay. Amenities include a common kitchen tent that is cozy all day, along with a communal fire and wood fire pizza oven. The wood fired hot tub and sauna were so special and made the trip even more magical. Our glamping tent was super cozy and we stayed warm throughout the night. I cannot recommend staying here enough … it is a super special place. Thanks for the amazing time Mike can’t wait to come back! - Brenden
